Broker Appointment Guidelines

To ensure a proper appointment with Samaritan Health Plans, brokers are required to:

  1. Maintain a current Oregon health license.
  2. Maintain errors and omission coverage inclusive of matters pertaining to representation of Samaritan Health Plans.
  3. Complete and comply with the terms of the Samaritan Health Plans Broker Appointment Agreement.
  4. Attend new product training annually.
  5. Maintain an acceptable knowledge level of Samaritan Health Plans policies and products.
