Samaritan Health Plan Announces Plan Discontinuations in the New Year October 30, 2025 Effective January 1, 2026, Samaritan Health Plans will no longer offer Samaritan Choice or Medicare Advantage Plans. The following lines of business will continue to be offered by Samaritan Health Plans: InterCommunity Health Network (IHN) Medicaid Medicare Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (DSNP) Large Group Commercial Plans As a result, all Samaritan Choice and Medicare Advantage Plans will be terminated from any Agreement pursuant to the Term and Termination section of the Participating Provider Agreement between Samaritan Health Services, Inc. and the Provider, effective December 31, 2025. For providers whose Agreements include only the discontinued products, the Agreement will be terminated without cause. We appreciate your continued partnership and support in serving our members.
