Claims search functionality—find claims information by provider, member or date of service—quickly locate what you need. Direct access to prior authorization request forms—one-stop for all your authorization requests! “Select provider” functionality—zero-in on the specific provider data to reduce time spent searching for exactly what you need. Coordination of benefits (COB) information, including effective date. To log in, simply use your current OneHealthPort login credentials and click on the Samaritan Health Plans link. From there, you will enter our provider portal, ProviderConnect. If you are not currently registered with OneHealthPort, please review our ProviderConnect Tutorial for instructions.
