Specialty Pharmacy Provides a New Option for IHN-CCO Members September 24, 2020 InterCommunity Health Network Coordinated Care Organization (IHN-CCO) is excited to announce we have teamed up with Samaritan Specialty Pharmacy to provide IHN-CCO members with a new option to fill their specialty medications such as Enbrel and Humira. Samaritan Specialty Pharmacy is fully accredited through URAC, is local and serves all of Oregon. Samaritan Specialty Pharmacy (SSP) takes pride in providing excellent service that is wholistic in nature by actively monitoring the safety and efficacy of prescribed treatments. When monitoring treatments through labs and prescribing providers, they provide a more intimate level of care for their members, which sets them apart from other pharmacies. In addition to the exceptional level of care, the members also receive home delivery services and 24/7 on-call pharmacist to answer questions. SSP and Samaritan Health Plans have started reaching out to IHN-CCO members and their providers who have eligible prescriptions that can be transferred from other pharmacies. If the member decides to transfer the prescription, SSP will handle the details making it easy for the member.
