Support Team Now Available to Enhance Broker Partnerships

Samaritan Health Plans is pleased to announce that our dedicated Broker Support Team is now available to provide comprehensive support for our valued brokers.

This new team is committed to streamlining your experience and being your go-to resource for various tasks, including processing appointment requests, managing recertification and overseeing the inventory and distribution of broker materials.

Additionally, the team will manage commission inquiries and offer general support to our broker sales executives and broker partners.

Sidney Buys, our new Broker Support Specialist, brings a robust background in Customer Service and Enrollment to the team. Her experience has allowed her to quickly become well-versed in our plans and processes. With her expertise, you can count on receiving knowledgeable and reliable support.

Janice Crayk joined our team last fall as Business Development Manager and has brought invaluable experience from her background in Sales and Business Development, especially during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). Working closely with our broker partners has given Janice a deep understanding of the important role each of you play in client communication and member acquisition.
