Teladoc Is Our Telehealth Provider Starting March 1!

Teladoc is a telehealth provider, available every day of the year, 24 hours a day. It is available to Samaritan Health Plans and IHN-CCO members. It provides quality on-demand health care, including video visits, from a website or mobile app, as well as phone call visits.

Teladoc provides a telehealth option for members to get more immediate care when you are out of town or when your primary care provider may not be available for a scheduled appointment. There is no copay or out-of-pocket costs for Teladoc visits.

Teladoc providers can diagnose, treat and prescribe medication for non-emergency conditions. Some medical problems they can treat are:

• Cold and flu symptoms.
• Allergies.
• Pink eye.
• Ear infection.
• Respiratory infection.
• Sinus problems.
• Skin problems.
• And more!
