Manage Medicare Apps Easily With New Online Enrollment Portal November 19, 2024 Samaritan Health Plans is pleased to announce our Medicare Online Enrollment Portal. This is a new system that both brokers and SHP employees will use to enter and track Medicare applications. This secure, easy-to-use site features two-factor authentication and allows you to manage and complete client applications anytime in face-to-face or telephonic settings.You can use the portal to: Submit applications electronically and create electronic versions of paper applications with “wet” signatures. Check the eligibility of your clients. Manage Scope of Appointments (SOAs) Note that SOAs are not required to be submitted with an application but the portal lets you create an electronic SOA, which may be easier to collect. The portal has a number of convenient features, including an applications dashboard that allows you to see, update and complete applications that are pending.
