Authorization Requests Now Submitted Through OneHealthPort September 15, 2020 Contracted providers will soon be required to use OneHealthPort to submit authorization requests. If you have not registered for an account, please visit the OneHealthPort registration webpage. If you are already registered and need assistance with training, please email [email protected]. For providers: Effective Sept. 17, 2020, providers submitting authorization requests through OneHealthPort and who do not require a prior authorization will receive a message indicating such. The message will serve as the return reply and the provider can follow the instructions to print, if needed. No faxes will be sent indicating “no prior approval is required.” Claims submitted with the codes from the authorization request in which it was determined that authorization was not required, will be paid. Claims submitted with other codes may be denied depending on the need for authorization.
