Clinical practice guidelines are developed to help providers and members in making decisions about appropriate health care for specific clinical circumstances including “self-management” of chronic diseases.

Medical Coverage policies are developed to communicate Samaritan Health Plan decisions about coverage and benefits for various medical services.
