Samaritan Health Plans has partnered with Quest Analytics to ensure accurate provider directories for all SHP members and streamline your part of the verification process. Each quarter providers will receive an email from BetterDoctor with an access token and directions on how to attest and verify their information. Providers are required to review their current information, make any needed changes or attest that their information is accurate.
To understand why this process is now required, refer to the No Surprises Act – Provider Directory Update. The Act regulates the responsibility of both payers and providers regarding provider information that appears in payer provider directories.
